the front desk person was friendly and professional. the free breakfast was delicious with many choices. the free shuttle to the airport was a plus, which i adore.

there was no bottle of water in the room. i also found no shower cap or body lotion. the tap for drinking water was next to reception, so i had to go downstairs to get it. it was not what i want.

the room lacked basic amenities there was no complimentary water or even a shower cap. i found it inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to refill the provided glass bottle. the eight euro city tax seemed excessive i felt it detracted from the overall value.
